Khalid Alyahya has vast experience in both the private and public sectors in KSA and internationally. He holds BS and MS degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Mr. Alyahya’s philanthropic work includes his previous board membership of the Eastern Province Society for Disabled Persons in Saudi Arabia and his board membership at Hussn Al-Jiwar Charity in Bahrain.
Currently, Mr. Alyahya holds prominent positions, including membership on the Board of Directors for Creative Closets, Riyadh Steel Company and Dividend Gate Capital.
Mr. Alyahya contributed his expertise to the Board of Directors of Al Rajhi Capital, a premier investment bank in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he held the position of President & CEO of the Saudi Railways Organization (SRO). During his tenure, he oversaw the planning and privatization of SRO, as well as the construction of the prestigious Saudi Landbridge railway project
With an impressive professional background, Mr. Alyahya has held key roles in renowned organizations. Notably, he served as a member of the Board of Directors for ANB MetLife AIG, a publicly listed insurance company in KSA, a Senior Advisor for the Middle East at Lazard, and an Executive Director and Board member at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., Director of the Special Project Department at the Saudi Fund for Development.
