Manama: AlMoayyed and Paruco Group, one of the largest contracting companies in Bahrain, has announced the appointment of Khawla AlHammadi as General Manager. This appointment falls in line with the company’s strategic plans to reinforce and expand its market position in the by means of optimizing its operational and financial performances and building a sustainable growth plan via appointing an experienced and a qualified workforce to propel the company into the highest tiers of the contracting industry.

AlHammadi was appointed in May 2021, trusting her professional experience that exceeds 18 years in general management, corporate communications, and investment planning. She has a well demonstrated track record of implementing innovative processes to increase business performances as well as being a well-rounded team leader.

Commenting on this occasion, Eng. Prior to joining AlMoayyed and Paruco, AlHammadi held several positions, including Director of Samhan Holding S.P.C., General Manager of Gravity Indoor Skydiving – the first indoor Skydiving in Bahrain, and as Acting Head of Investor Relations and Events at Aluminum Bahrain (Alba) from 2012 to 2016.

In 2007, Khawla joined Arcapita Bank, Bahrain as Supervisor, Investors Information Management and Supervisor for the Corporate Communication Department. Prior to Arcapita, She worked in Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) for 3 and half years as an Advisor, Contact center and was soon prompted to Quality and Training Mentor in Invita (BBK’s contact center).

Khawla holds an MBA from DePaul University, USA, with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information from AMA University with honors.
