Tikka & Kabab Ameen signs memorandum with PKS for expansion in India
Kochi: Tikka and Kebab Ameen, Bahrain established in the year 1948 by Mr. Ameen, is the pioneer and creators of the Bahraini Tikka and kebab cuisine, which since then has been a staple of the local diet.
The brand is not only a legacy but has become a way of life. Though the core menu is Tikka and Kebabs, it does offer a variety of traditional breakfast dishes along with fresh bread out of the tandoor.
The signature item is the Tikka Lumee, the main ingredient being sun dried lemon. This gives it its distinctive and addictive flavor.
Hussain who belongs to the third generation of the Ameen family and the Executive Director, cherishes the fond memories of childhood at his grandfather’s restaurant. “It’s the Bahraini cuisine served with the warmth of the family hospitality that I wish to spread across, letting people experience a taste of tradition and history” says Hussain.
